Weddings and events Your last event is your best marketing.

Cuttyhunk gets South Coast venues, planners, photographers, DJs and caterers more booked dates by fixing where couples slip away: a gallery buried on page six, a slow reply to an inquiry, and reviews nobody asked for. Week one we find the leaks, month one we fix them, then every event feeds the next.
Where couples slip away
If you work weddings and events, some of this will sound like you.
- “We shot a beautiful wedding in June. The photos are still on a hard drive.”
- “An inquiry came in on a Saturday night. We answered Tuesday, and they had booked a venue.”
- “Couples compare five vendors in one evening, and we are the one with no gallery.”
- “Our best reviews are in thank-you cards, not on Google.”
- “Every vendor says stress-free. So do we.”
None of it is about your craft. Couples plan on their phones, compare vendors in an evening and decide from what they can see and how fast you reply. Every one of these leaks can be fixed.
Every event is proof. Show it.
The work you already did is your best sales page, once it is edited, cleared and in front of the next couple.

How we fix it
Three stages, in this order. You see the plan before we touch anything, and everything we set up is in your name.
-
Week 1
Find the leaks
- We inquire as a couple would, on a phone, on a weekend night, and time the reply.
- We go through last season’s photos, video and reviews and list what is usable, what needs a release and what is missing.
- You tell us the dates you most want to fill and the kind of event you love doing.
You get a one-page fix list in plain words, biggest leak first.
-
Month 1
Fix them
- An instant reply to every inquiry, with your open dates or a link to book a call or a tour.
- A gallery page for each kind of event you do, built on real photos, with the venue and vendors tagged and their permission.
- Your Google profile rebuilt: photos, services, service area and reviews.
- A review ask that goes out the week after every event.
You get all of it live, with logins you own.
-
Every month
Keep it working
- One edited reel or gallery from a recent event, posted to your site and your feed.
- Every review answered, from drafts you approve.
- Email to past clients and the vendors you work with: anniversaries, open houses and open dates.
You get a short monthly report: inquiries, tours or calls booked, reviews, and what we changed.
What you get, on a real phone

What changes for you
We do not promise booking counts. Each month you see the real inquiries and tours next to last month’s.
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| An inquiry on Saturday night gets an answer on Tuesday. | The couple gets a reply in seconds, with your open dates. |
| The best photos sit on a hard drive. | Edited galleries and reels from real events, shared with permission. |
| Reviews live in thank-you cards. | Every event gets a polite ask, and every review gets an answer. |
| Couples cannot tell which dates are open. | A simple date check on every page. |
| You guess what works. | One page a month shows where inquiries came from. |
Questions owners ask
Do you need our clients’ permission to use photos?
Yes. We use only work you have the right to share, and we help you add a simple release to your contract for future events. Nothing goes up without it.
How soon will I see more inquiries and tours?
The text-back and the new pages work the day they go live. Google profile and listing changes can take weeks to show in search. We do not promise a number; every month you see the real inquiries and tours next to last month’s.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Cuttyhunk is month-to-month. Everything we set up, including the site, the Google profile and the accounts, is in your name from day one, so you keep it if you leave.
Can you work with a single photographer or DJ?
Yes. A solo vendor gets the most from a fast reply and a strong gallery. The setup is light, and the monthly work is mostly editing what you already shot.
Do you shoot or edit the photos and video?
We edit and arrange the work you already have, and we can cut reels from your footage. We do not shoot your events.
