Cuttyhunk gets South Coast accountants, advisors, insurance agents and attorneys more of the right consultations by fixing where prospects leave: a site that does not say who you help, slow intake and a Google profile with no reviews to point to. Week one we find the leaks, month one we fix them, then we keep them fixed, inside your field’s rules.

Where prospects leave

If you run a firm or an agency, some of this will sound like you.

  • “Someone calls at 4:55, gets voicemail and hires the firm that picks up.”
  • “Our website lists services. It does not say who we are for.”
  • “We are slammed from January to April and quiet the rest of the year.”
  • “The best clients come by referral, and then they Google us anyway.”
  • “Every firm in town says it is trusted, and so do we.”

None of it is about your skill. People choosing a professional search quietly, read reviews and your site, and often decide before they speak to anyone. Every one of these leaks can be fixed, and none of the fixes breaks your field’s advertising rules.

How we fix it

Three stages, in this order. You see the plan before we touch anything, and everything we set up is in your name.

  1. Week 1

    Find the leaks

    • We call your number after hours and fill in your contact form, and write down what a prospect actually gets.
    • We read your site as a prospect would: who you serve, what a first meeting involves and how soon someone replies.
    • You tell us the work you want more of, the rules you follow and what a good client looks like.

You get a one-page fix list in plain words, biggest leak first.

  2. Month 1

    Fix them

    • A same-business-day reply on every inquiry, with a link to book a call.
    • Practice-area pages that say who each service is for, in plain language and checked against your field’s advertising rules.
    • Your Google profile rebuilt: services, areas, hours and reviews gathered the right way.
    • A short consultation form that qualifies without scaring people off.

You get all of it live, with logins you own.

  3. Every month

    Keep it working

    • A short note or checklist for clients and prospects: deadlines, changes, what to do now.
    • Every review answered, from drafts you approve with your compliance rules in mind.
    • Seasonal pushes: the year-end planning window, open enrollment, estate-planning month.

You get a short monthly report: calls, consultations booked, reviews, and what we changed.

The first call decides the file.

A stressed prospect calls the first firm that sounds sure. Your intake should sound the same at 4:55 and at 9 a.m.

What you get, on a real phone

Here is the work for a made-up firm. Fairview Tax and Advisory is a sample, not a client.

What changes for you

We do not promise client counts, cases or returns. Each month you see the real inquiries and consultations next to last month’s.

Before and after Cuttyhunk
Before After
A call at 4:55 goes to voicemail, and the caller tries the next firm. The caller gets a text in seconds, and you call back first thing.
Your site lists services and says nothing about who they are for. Each page says who you help and what a first meeting is like.
Reviews are a handful from years ago. Reviews gathered the right way, with every one answered.
Work arrives in a flood and then dries up. A steady rhythm of notes and reminders keeps you in mind.
You guess where clients heard of you. One page a month shows where consultations came from.

Questions owners ask

Does this stay inside advertising rules?

We write to the rules your field gives us: testimonial limits, disclosures, no guarantees of outcomes. Your own compliance review has the final word, and we build in time for it.

How soon will I see more consultations?

The text-back and the new pages work the day they go live. Google profile and listing changes can take weeks to show in search. We do not promise a number; every month you see the real consultations next to last month’s.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Cuttyhunk is month-to-month. Everything we set up, including the site, the Google profile and the accounts, is in your name from day one, so you keep it if you leave.

Can you work with a solo practice?

Yes. A solo practice gains the most, because one missed call is a larger share of the week. The setup is light and runs in the background.

I get most clients by referral. Why bother?

A referred client still looks you up. If they find a thin profile or an old site, some of them call someone else, and you never hear about it.

Book the first conversation.

Tell us your practice areas and the clients you most want to hear from, and we send back your fix list!
