Cuttyhunk gets South Coast dentists, therapists, med spas, clinics and studios more booked first visits by fixing where new patients drop off: a site that is hard to read, a thin Google profile and no easy way to book. Week one we find the leaks, month one we fix them, then we keep them fixed, inside the rules for your field.
Where new patients drop off
If you run a practice or a studio, some of this will sound like you.
- “People search at night, and nobody can book until we open.”
- “Our patients love us, and Google shows three reviews.”
- “Our site was built for us, not for someone nervous about a first visit.”
- “January trials fill the studio, and by March half of them are gone.”
- “No-shows are the most expensive thing we do not talk about.”
None of it is about the quality of your care. A new patient or client chooses on trust, from reviews, photos and how easy the first step is. Every one of these leaks can be fixed, and none of the fixes needs private health details.
Make the first step easy.
A nervous first visit starts with a search and a form. Both should feel calm.

How we fix it
Three stages, in this order. You see the plan before we touch anything, and everything we set up is in your name.
-
Week 1
Find the leaks
- We read your site as a first-time patient or client would, on a phone, and time how long it takes to book.
- We check your Google profile and your listings for wrong hours, old services and missing photos.
- You tell us which visits you most want more of and which rules apply to your field, so we stay inside them.
You get a one-page fix list in plain words, biggest drop-off first.
-
Month 1
Fix them
- A clear site in plain language: what you treat or teach, who you are and what a first visit is like.
- Online booking or a simple private request form, with no medical details collected by text or email.
- Your Google profile rebuilt: services, hours, new-patient status, and photos of the real space and team.
- Reminders that cut no-shows, and a review ask after the visit.
You get all of it live, with logins you own.
-
Every month
Keep it working
- New photos and posts on your profile, and every review answered from drafts you approve.
- Seasonal reminders: checkups, back to school, a new-year restart, a spring session.
- Email to a list you own, kept inside your privacy rules.
You get a short monthly report: calls, bookings, no-shows, reviews, and what we changed.
What you get, on a real phone

What changes for you
We do not promise patient or member counts. Each month you see the real bookings and no-shows next to last month’s.
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| A first-time visitor cannot tell how to book and leaves. | The first step is one clear button. |
| A caller after hours reaches voicemail. | The caller gets a text asking for a good time to call, and no private details. |
| Reviews live in a drawer, and Google shows three. | Every visit gets a polite ask, and every review gets an answer. |
| No-shows leave holes in the day. | Reminders and a short wait list fill the gaps. |
| You are not sure what brings people in. | One page a month shows where new visits came from. |
Questions owners ask
Is it all right to text patients?
We keep texts to scheduling only and never collect medical details by text or email. We follow the advertising and privacy rules your field gives us, and your own compliance lead has the final say.
How soon will I see more bookings?
The text-back and the new pages work the day they go live. Google profile and listing changes can take weeks to show in search. We do not promise a number; every month you see the real bookings next to last month’s.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Cuttyhunk is month-to-month. Everything we set up, including the site, the Google profile and the accounts, is in your name from day one, so you keep it if you leave.
Do you work with fitness studios and med spas too?
Yes. They lose people at different points: studios after the first trial, med spas at the considered purchase. The plan changes to match, and we keep claims plain.
Can you use before-and-after photos or patient reviews?
Only with written permission and only where your rules allow it. We never invent a review or a result.
