The whole business, read straight.

Before you spend another dollar on marketing, it's worth knowing exactly where you stand: what's working, what's leaking, who you're really up against, and which one or two moves would actually grow the business. That's what an audit is for. Ours comes with the rule we never break: every line is built from your answers and what we can verify, never from a number we made up.

The audit

A growth analysis starts with an honest inventory. We walk the same path your next customer walks, from the first search to the first call, and we write down exactly what we find, the good and the leaks. No score-padding, no scare tactics.

The story & the offer
What you're actually selling, to whom, and whether a stranger could tell in thirty seconds why they should pick you. If the answer is no, this is usually the first leak.
How you're found
Your search presence, Google Business Profile, listings, and reviews: what actually comes up when someone looks for what you do, and what comes up when they look for you by name.
What they land on
Your website and socials through a customer's eyes: speed, mobile, clarity, and whether the next step is obvious. The best-run business still loses the visitor a confusing page turns away.
What happens after
Follow-up, repeat business, and whether you own your audience or rent it. Most growth hides here: it's cheaper to bring a happy customer back than to win a new one from scratch.
  • Built from your answers, your numbers, and what we can verify ourselves
  • Every finding written in plain English, with the evidence next to it
  • Deep SWOT included: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, read straight

Where the data comes from. Your own answers, your site and listings as they actually appear, and measurement we can stand behind. If we can't verify something, it's marked as your report, not presented as fact.

The competitive read

You're not competing against "the market." You're competing against three or four specific businesses your customer is comparing you to tonight. We name them and read the matchup honestly.

Who's actually in the fight
The competitors your customers really consider, which is often a different list than the one that first comes to mind. We map them from what's publicly visible, not guesswork.
How the matchup looks
Side by side on the things a customer can see: findability, reviews, website, offer clarity, follow-up. Where you win, where you lose, and where nobody's showing up at all.
The open lane
The gap nobody in your market is filling. That's usually worth more than fighting head-on for the crowded ground, and it's where a growth plan gets its edge.
  • Built from public, verifiable information, never rumors or trash talk
  • Focused on what customers can actually see and compare
  • Named plainly in your report, so the plan is specific instead of generic

Respectful by design. The point isn't to run anyone down. It's to find the ground where you genuinely win and put your effort there.

The growth plan

Findings without a plan are just a stack of paper. The audit ends as a growth plan in priority order: what to fix first, what it should cost, what to deliberately ignore, and what "working" will look like so you can hold anyone who does the work accountable. Including us.

The one or two big moves
The changes with the most leverage, named plainly. Growth almost never comes from doing ten things at once; it comes from doing the right one or two properly.
The 90-day sequence
Concrete steps in order, each with who does it, roughly what it costs, and what it should produce. Real enough to hand to any vendor, not just to us.
The measuring stick
How you'll know it's working: the handful of numbers worth watching and how to see them without stitching five tabs together. No vanity metrics.
  • A written plan you keep, whether or not you ever hire us for the work
  • A walkthrough call with the founder, questions welcome
  • An honest "don't do this yet" list, because sequencing is half the value

Yours either way. The plan is the product. If you take it and run it yourself, or with someone else, that's a fine outcome and we'll say so.

Straight answers

An audit is only worth what its honesty is worth. Here's what ours won't do, said out loud, because the fine print is where trust usually goes to die.

No guaranteed numbers
We will never promise a ranking, a revenue figure, or a growth percentage nobody can truthfully guarantee. Anyone who does is selling you the promise, not the work.
No invented findings
If we can't verify it, it doesn't go in as fact. A failed lookup is marked as "couldn't confirm," never dressed up as a finding. Absence of evidence is not a finding.
No manufactured problems
If the audit finds your marketing is basically healthy, the report says that, and the plan gets shorter, not padded. We'd rather earn your trust than invoice your fear.
Not an accountant or a lawyer
This is a marketing and growth audit: how you win customers and where that effort leaks. Books, taxes, and legal exposure belong with your CPA and attorney, and we'll say so when something should go to them.
